Licenses, devices and publishing access

Doodi’s design license, device activation, AI access and publishing entitlement are separate account concerns.

Activate and inspect

Open Account → License & devices. The panel shows the license status, active device count and publishing period. If the current Mac is not activated, use the activation action or enter your issued key when requested.

The standard license includes two active Macs by default. Use the limits shown on your account if they differ. Internet access is required to verify activation.

Rename or deactivate a Mac

Rename a device to make it recognizable. Deactivate a Mac you no longer use to free its slot. Deactivating the current Mac closes its workspace access after saving; synced work remains in the account. The device must be activated again before further use.

Do not delete project data to solve a device-limit error. Device slots are managed through this section or the website account dashboard.

Publishing period and profiles

The account shows the publishing expiry and profile allowance. Publishing can expire while lifetime design access remains valid. Social connection allowances are account-wide rather than a separate allowance for every project. Follow the account’s upgrade link when you need a supported publishing or profile upgrade.

Purchases and current terms

See Doodi pricing  for the current offer and terms. Check the purchase confirmation and your account for your actual entitlement. This guide does not replace purchase-specific terms or promise that an older promotion still applies.

AI access is separate. A Doodi license does not by itself grant an AI subscription or remove its usage limits.

Activation problems

Confirm the purchase account, key and available device slots. Contact support for a revoked license, missing purchase or recovery problem. Keep activation keys private.
