Use a template in a campaign

Copy a template into a campaign to create an independent editable post.

Start from the campaign

  1. Open a campaign in the same project.
  2. Choose Use template from its toolbar or empty state.
  3. Search the drawer by name, caption or format.
  4. Select the template you want.

The canvas shows the source artwork while the copy saves. The saved post is selected and framed, with Doodi available for adaptation. A failed copy offers Retry or Remove. Retrying the intended copy avoids creating another post unnecessarily.

Start from Template studio

Choose Use in campaign and select an active campaign in the same project. Pending template edits save first. The copy retains the editable layers, content, caption, dimensions and artboard background.

Adapt the content

Tell Doodi the new campaign message and required images. It can replace unrelated or placeholder content while keeping the template’s composition and styling.

Use this layout for a new coastal travel post. Keep the typography, spacing and logo. Replace the headline with “Stay a little longer” and write a matching caption using only our brand notes.

Create a varied set

Ask Doodi to plan each post and use different suitable templates. When a library has too few appropriate layouts, a repeat may be necessary. Review the set for both relevance and variety.

Independence and publishing

Editing the campaign copy does not change its source template. Editing the source template later does not automatically update existing copies. Review each copied post before export or publishing, including any caption inherited from the template.
