Ask for help or report a bug
Include your Doodi version, macOS version, the steps you took, what you expected and what happened. Add the visible error message and a screenshot when useful. Remove client information and private content before sharing.
Never post passwords, activation keys, API keys, agent tokens or payment details. Use Doodi support for private account, billing and license questions.
Keep the conversation useful
Use the channel that fits your topic, keep feedback specific and treat other members respectfully. Search for an existing discussion before posting a new request. The server’s #rules channel contains the community rules.
