Drafts, scheduling and time zones

Choose when a reviewed post should reach the destination, then verify its provider status.

Save as draft

Use Save as draft when the artwork and caption should be stored in the publishing service for later action. A draft has not been publicly published. Open Publishing to inspect it and make supported changes.

Schedule for later

Choose Schedule for later in review, then select a future date and time. The interface displays the time zone used for the schedule. Check it explicitly when planning content for another region or when your Mac’s time zone has changed.

The schedule must be in the future. Doodi’s review requires at least a short lead time, so a date that has become too close may need to be moved forward before submission.

Publish now

Use Publish now only when the selected destination, caption, artwork and placement are ready. The provider may process the request after Doodi submits it. Check the resulting status and, when available, open the platform’s published link.

Edit a draft or schedule

Open Publishing, find the item and open its details. Supported edits include caption and timing for provider drafts or scheduled posts. Review the updated state afterward. Editing the canvas design separately does not replace already submitted media.

Retry carefully

If a submission times out or returns an uncertain outcome, check provider status first. Do not immediately create a new submission with the same content. For a partial batch, resolve only the failed items after confirming which succeeded.
