Create and organize campaigns
A campaign groups a project’s social posts around a topic, launch or content plan.
Create a campaign
Select the correct project and open Campaigns. Choose the new-campaign action, give the campaign a useful name, and open it. A name such as “Autumn collection” or “October travel tips” is easier to find than a generic numbered title.
A new canvas can start from a saved template or a request to Doodi. Give each intended post its own message, audience and format. For a set, ask for varied suitable layouts if you do not want a uniform series.
Browse and rename
The campaign library uses a saved post as the campaign cover. Search and open the campaign you need. Within a canvas, the campaign title opens its actions. Rename or archive a campaign through the available actions rather than creating a duplicate just to change its name.
Archived campaigns remain separate from active campaign work and can be restored. Archiving does not unpublish posts already sent to a social provider.
Understand ownership
Campaigns use their project’s assets, brand notes and templates. A campaign design is independently editable even when it started from a template. The template remains available for future campaigns.
Finish a set
Check every post’s artwork and caption, then export or open publishing review. A campaign can contain drafts, finished posts and size variants at the same time. Wait for incomplete adaptation or rendering work before submitting that design.
