Account settings and sync

Your Doodi account owns your projects, designs and synced workspace files.

General

Open your account and choose General. Review the signed-in email, profile image and workspace sync state. Use the same account on another activated Mac to access your work.

If a workspace appears empty, first check which account is signed in. Do not create replacement projects until you have ruled out a different account or an unfinished sync.

Security

Choose Security to change your password. Enter the current password and a new password that meets the form’s requirements. A failed change keeps the existing credentials; follow the visible error rather than repeatedly submitting unknown values.

Use the sign-in recovery flow or support  if you cannot access the account. Do not send a password or activation key in a public screenshot.

Sync behavior

Project records and supporting files sync under the signed-in account, with local working files on each Mac. Wait for saving and sync before switching devices, closing the app during active work, or signing out.

A successful local preview is not proof that every file has finished syncing. If the app reports a sync problem, keep the workspace available, restore connectivity and retry.

Sign out

Use the sign-out control in General. Doodi finishes syncing before signing out. If that step fails, resolve it before assuming the latest changes are safely available elsewhere.

Other settings

Agent connections controls local MCP access. License & devices manages activation and publishing allowances. Software updates manages desktop releases. These sections have separate effects; changing one does not automatically reset the others.
