Manage, switch and delete projects

Manage projects provides a directory of your brands and draft setups.

Find a project

Open Manage projects at the bottom of the rail. Search by name, use the status filters, and change sorting to find the project you need. Each card includes its brand identity, description or notes, setup status and navigation actions.

Ready projects open their canvas or Brand & assets. Draft projects resume their unfinished setup. Use Show more when a card truncates longer notes.

Switch the active brand

Use the project avatar at the top of the rail. Switching changes the brand facts, assets, templates, campaigns and social-account context. Confirm the selected project before connecting an account or importing a design.

Delete a project

Open the project’s actions menu and choose Delete project. The confirmation requires typing the project name. Deletion removes the project’s campaigns, designs, versions, conversations, website sources and owned assets. It is permanent.

Doodi blocks deletion while related design or publishing work is active. Finish or stop that work before retrying. If cleanup is interrupted, the app can resume it after restarting.

Already published content on social platforms is not removed just because its project is deleted. Connections and assets still shared with another project are retained, as are account-global inspiration saves. Manage provider posts through Publishing when that is the intended action.

For a temporary break, keep the project and archive individual campaigns where appropriate. Do not delete a brand merely to clear a search or switch accounts.
